Living Free!

So many have been asking for an update . . . really there is nothing new other than I am continuing to walk in health. I'm still eating very healthy, taking supplements, exercising and trying to not give into stress.

I do have another book recommend, Biblical Foundations of Freedom by Art Mathias. The premise of Art’s book is that many times there are spiritual roots that cause disease in our bodies . . . unforgiveness, bitterness, resentment, hatred, etc. These spiritual roots tend to take a huge toll on our immune system . . . thus allowing disease to manifest. I know for myself there were some pretty huge stress related incidents taking place in my life just before I was diagnosed with cancer . . . but what I didn't realize were some hidden toxins in my heart. Through the help of this book and spending time in prayer, God revealed to me some unforgiveness that I had allowed to fester. By His grace, I'm now free! I love the verse in John 8:36, "He whom the Son sets free is free indeed!"
